Mono-Crete Step Co LLC warrants the material and workmanship for their product and will remedy any defects according to the terms of the warranty will be free from material defects and workmanship per below.  Warranty does not extend to operation contrary to their recommended use, whether intentional or otherwise, or any other cause or damage of any kind not the fault of the Seller. Buyer must allow Mono-Crete to inspect and the sole and exclusive remedy for breach of warranty is limited at Mono-Crete’s option to either repair or replacement of product.  If product is repaired or replaced it does not extend the term of warranty.

Mono-Crete’s warranty does not cover any excavation, extra labor or services involved in replacement or repair by us or others or incidental or consequential damages of loss arising from use of the product and will not reimburse for such costs.  Mono-Crete’s liability will not exceed the original purchase price of the step not including labor.    

 

WARRANTY ON MONOCRETE PRECAST STEPS

Mono-Crete Step Co, LLC warranties its new precast steps for a term of one year from the date of installation, under normal conditions and use, against cracking, settling and spalling.  After an inspection by Mono-Crete, Mono-Crete will repair or replace the product at Mono-Crete’s discretion. Please note the use of rock salt or similar chemicals voids the warranty.  We do not suggest putting any ice melt or rock salt on steps. We would recommend using sand. Any alterations done to the steps will void the warranty.  

Mono-Crete does not offer a warranty on settling and any resulting cracks if buyer installs the footings which may be required based on site conditions.

 

WARRANTY ON MONOCRETE IRON RAILINGS

Mono-Crete Step Co, LLC warranties its new iron railings for a term of 6 months from the date of installation, under normal conditions and use, not to rust.  After an inspection by Mono-Crete, Mono-Crete will repair or replace the product at Mono-Crete’s discretion. The railings are made with steel and will rust over time.  After the 6 months term we would suggest using a can of Rustoleum or similar product, in black gloss, to touch up any rusts that might appear. Any alterations done to the railings will void the warranty. 

 

WARRANTY ON MONOCRETE WALKWAYS

Mono-Crete Step Co, LLC warranties its new walkways for a term of 1 year from the date of installation, under normal conditions and use, against cracking, settling and spalling.  After an inspection by Mono-Crete, Mono-Crete will repair or replace the product at Mono-Crete’s discretion. Please note the use of rock salt or similar chemicals voids the warranty.  We do not suggest putting any ice melt or rock salt on steps. We would recommend using sand. Any alterations done to the walkway will void the warranty.  

 

WARRANTY ON MONOCRETE HATCHWAY WITH BILCO DOOR

Mono-Crete Step Co, LLC warranties its new precast hatchway with Bilco door for a term of one year from the date of installation, under normal conditions and use, against cracking and leaking.  After an inspection by Mono-Crete, Mono-Crete will repair or replace the product at Mono-Crete’s discretion. Please note the use of rock salt or similar chemicals voids the warranty.  We do not suggest putting any ice melt or rock salt on steps. We would recommend using sand. Any alterations done to the steps will void the warranty.
